Nice to e-meet you – I’m Aminda Leigh, a professional audiovisual journalist based in Italy and working worldwide. 

After more than a decade working at the BBC in the UK, I then moved to Rome, from where I offer clients my extensive experience in research, writing, interviewing, producing, recording, presenting and consulting. 

My journalistic collaborations involve communication agencies, public organisations and private clients and cover a wide variety of projects involving videos, interactive web content and infographics. 

For example, I have been involved in making award-winning digital content on topics including climate change, EU-US relations, the gender pay gap and the Common Agricultural Policy. As web producer and director I won an Honourable mention at the 16 Webby Awards (the Oscars® of the Internet) for a web-documentary on EU-US Relations made for the European Commission.
